Polynesian Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1 jar apricot preserves
  • 1 cup pineapple, crushed
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 4 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard

Instructions

Combine preserves, pineapple, catsup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, ginger, and mustard in small saucepan. Heat to boiling, stirrying constantly. Lower heat. Simmer 1 minute.
