"Momos Chutney is a red spicy chutney (sauce) that is served with steamed momos (dumplings). It is so easy to make with minimum ingredients, all you need is red chili, tomatoes, garlic, and some masalas. This Red chutney is served along with mayonnaise just to balance out the spiciness of the Chutney. But believe me, it tastes so amazing with steamed momos. I mostly enjoy this chutney (sauce) during the winter season. Here I am with delicious Momos Chutney which makes Steamed Momos more delicious and rememberable."

Ingredients

  • 10 Dry Red Chilli
  • 2 Ripe Juicy Tomatoes
  • 6 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Black Peppar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt (As per taste)
  1. Firstly soak a dry chili in hot water for 20 min and boil 2 tomatoes.

  2. Then peel the skin of the tomatoes and mash it.

  3. Then add mashed tomatoes, garlic, and soaked red chili in the mixing jar.

  4. Along with tomatoes and chili also add black pepper and salt in it.

  5. Now make a fine paste. then heat a pan and add 1 tbsp of oil and garlic then add chili-tomato pastes in it.

  6. Add 1 tbsp of sugar. Let it cook
