Fried Chicken Gravy

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 10 ounce chicken broth
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes or powder
  • 20 ounce beef gravy
  • pinch sage

Instructions

Yield: 6 servings. Blend till smooth 1 cup water and 1/4 cup cornstarch. In sauce pan over medium heat combine this with chicken broth, bouillon cubes and beef gravy. Stir until thick and clear. Serve over chicken, thoroughly heated. Serves 6.
