Christmas Egg Nog Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup cold milk
  • 1 3-1/4 oz (100g) pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cup cold egg nog
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 3 Tbsp brandy

Instructions

Makes 4 to 5 servings. Put milk in a small mixing bowl. Add pudding mix and beat over low speed until blended. Gradually beat in egg nog. Stir in nutmeg. Chill until serving time. Beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into egg nog mixture along with brandy. Serve over steamed Christmas cake, fruit or chocolate ice cream.
