"Cajun Cream Sauce is made especially for fish. The pan drippings from cooking fish gives it an extra punch of flavor. You can cook fish by your favorite method whether it's pan fried, baked or broiled. We like to pan fry it with just a little Cajun or Creole Seasoning. Then make the sauce in the same pan scraping up those wonderful bits of flavor to makes this easy, but impressive cream sauce.
