Sardines on Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 slices white bread
  • 1 can sardines packed in oil
  • Malt vinegar
  • Freshly ground pepper

Instructions

Toast bread well and butter generously. Divide sardines on toast and mash well onto toast. Sprinkle with malt vinegar and freshly ground pepper. Great with sliced hard boiled egg on top.
