Popcorn Slider

A good battered fish sandwich is sometimes all I need to fulfill my appetite. This Popcorn Slider makes a great mini sandwich that allows you to pop them back one after the other. Made with homemade tartar sauce, you're going to love 'em.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce to 2 SeaPak popcorn fish or shrimp
  • 1 slider burger roll
  • lettuce, to taste
  • tomato, to taste
  • For Tartar Sauce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon pickle relish
  • sprinkle of salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
     
  2. Bake Popcorn Fish according to package instructions.
     
  3. Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, pickle relish and salt & pepper. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
     
  4. Place lettuce, tomato, popcorn fish or shrimp on bun and add tartar sauce on top and then place bun on top.
