Beefburger

Ingredients

  • 4 pound hambuger
  • 1/2 medium onion chopped
  • 3 cup tomato juice
  • 1 envelope williams or hypowder chili powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teasoppn thyme
  • 2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Brown hambuger in a small amount of oil, breaking up the hambuger as it cooks. Add onions, cook until onions are translucent. Add tomato juice and seasonings, bring to a boilling point. Turn down heat and simmer for 45 minutes. Note: this recipe can be use as sloppy joes or can be served over noodles. Add chili beans and you have chili.
