Salsa Cerveza with Tortilla Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 pound (1/2 kg) tomatoes, seeded, drained, and chopped
  • 1/4 cup chili beer
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 3 jalapenos, minced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

Instructions

Combine all ingredients. Let stand for at least two hours, chill if desired. Makes about 2 1/2 cups. Serve with tortilla chips.
