Mango Peach Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1/2 of a red bell pepper
  • 1/2 of a green bell pepper
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • 2 green onions, white and all of the green
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded
  • 1 medium mango
  • 2 ripe peaches
  • Papaya, optional
  • about 1-2 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • about 2 Tbsp White corn syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice (or use orange, mango, pineapple, peach or comb)

Instructions

Dice Fruits and vegetables very small. Mix the sauce, set aside. Place all of the vegetables and fruit in a glass bowl, add the sauce and mix lightly. Refrigerate until ready to use. This is also good with jerk chicken and grilled pork.
