Pasta Fruit Salad

This unique dish combines two classic salads: pasta salad and fruit salad. A creamy dressing brings these two family favorites together.

Ingredients

  • 3 cup uncooked medium pasta shells
  • 20 ounce unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 large navel orange, peeled, sectioned and halved
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1 medium apple, chopped
  • 1 large firm banana, cut in 1/4" pieces
  • 8 ounce plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta; drain and rinse in cold water. Place in a large bowl; add the fruit.
     
  2. Combine the yogurt and orange juice concentrate; pour over salad and toss to coat. Cover and chill for several hours.
