Orange Sherbet Salad Mold

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. pkg orange gelatin
  • 2 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 qt orange sherbet
  • 11 ounce can mandarin oranges, drained

Instructions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Whisk in orange juice and sherbet to dissolve. Refrigerate until partially set. Pour over oranges arranged on bottom of 6 cup mold. Chill firm. Serves 8.
