Mixed Fruit Salad

Mixed fruit salad is a great combination of all your favorite fruits like apples, bananas, pears and more. Add a little something extra with raisins and apple juice.

Ingredients

  • 8 dates
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 apples (Red or Yellow Delicious)
  • 2 ripe pears
  • 3/4 cup organic raisins
  • 1/2 cup organic apple juice

Instructions

  1. Peel apples, pears, and bananas. Cut all fruit into small pieces, add raisins, pour apple juice over the fruit, cover and refrigerate. Serve chilled. Freshly grated or unsweetened coconut flakes may be added if desired.
