Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Fresh lemon Juice
  • 3 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 Bunches Kale
  • 3 Small Apples
  • 4 tablespoon Craisins
  • 4 tablespoon Sliced Almonds
  1. Add all ingredients to a small bowl or glass jar, and whisk or shake together to combine. Refrigerate until using.
