Ham Salad Combo

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup (9 ounces) finely diced extra-lean ham
  • 3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cup (one 16-ounce can) peas, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup Fat-Free Thousand Island Dressing
  • 2 tablespoon fat-free mayonnaise

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine ham, Cheddar cheese, and peas. Add Thousand Island dressing and mayonnaise. Mix gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Gently stir again just before serving. Makes 4 servings.
