Ingredients

  • 5 oz green mango
  • 4 oz tomatoes
  • 3 oz yellow bell pepper
  • 2 oz red onions
  • 1/4 cup fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel the green mango and remove the pit.

  2. Thinly slice the green mango and set aside.

  3. In a bowl, add chopped tomatoes, yellow bell pepper, and green mango.

  4. Add minced red onions, salt, and pepper.

  5. In another bowl, dissolve brown sugar in grapefruit juice.

  6. Combine all the ingredients.

  7. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
