Ambrosia

Ingredients

  • 4 large oranges
  • powdered sugar, if needed
  • 1 (3-1/2 ounce) can flaked coconut
  • 3 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 can of pineapple chunks, drained

Instructions

Peel oranges, being careful to remove all of the white membrane. Cut oranges into bite-sized pieces. If oranges aren't very sweet, sprinkle them with powdered sugar (maybe a tablespoonful or so), then add coconut and pineapple chunks. Stir gently. Chill for an hour or so.
