Mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 4 tablespoon water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- a little pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
Beat eggs and mix in all ingredients. Cook in a double saucepan until the consistency of custard
