Green Goddess Dressing

Ingredients

  • 3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 can (2 ounces) anchovy fillets, mashed
  • 1 tablespoon instant minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 1 tablespoon tarragon leaves
  • 1 tablespoon freeze-dried chives
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • dash garlic powder

Instructions

Makes 3 1/2 cups. Place all ingredients in medium-size bowl and stir until well blended. Let stand 30 minutes or longer to blend flavors. Serve with tossed salads.
