Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jelly
  • 48 round, buttery Ritz Crackers
  • 12 ounce mini dark chocolate chips

Recipe

  1. Spread 1 teaspoon of peanut butter on one side of 24 of the crackers.

  2. Spread 1 teaspoon of jelly on one side of the remaining 24 crackers.

  3. Sandwich the crackers together, with the peanut butter and jelly together.

  4. Melt the chocolate in a heavy saucepan over low heat. Alternately, heat in the microwave in a microwave safe bowl on 50% power until melted.

  5. Dip each cracker sandwich in to the chocolate, completely coating them. Let  chocolate drip off, then transfer to wax paper to cool completely before serving.
