Cheesecake Factory Copycat Bleu Cheese Dressing
This rich, creamy buttermilk bleu cheese copycat dressing recipe is perfect for any salad. Toss an entree or a side salad in this Cheesecake Factory copycat recipe, or try it as a sandwich topping.

Ingredients
- 2 shallots, finely minced
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 ounce crumbled bleu cheese
- 1 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup mixed baby greens (mesclun mix)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except greens and whisk until smooth or blend at low speed. Chill.
- When ready to serve, put 2 cups greens on each salad dish and top with dressing.
