Instant Pot Stuffed Peppers

"I love making these stuffed peppers in the Instant Pot. They are a quick and easy dinner recipe that is perfect for those busy weeknights! When you have a lot of stuff going on the Instant Pot comes in so handy. BTW, I don't actually have an “Instant Pot.” I opted for the more affordable Multi Cooker from Insignia, and it has been fantastic! Whenever people ask why I use the Instant Pot to cook things I could do in the oven or on the stove. I always remind them that with the pressure cooker I can set it and walk away. I don't have to monitor things the way I would with the oven or the stove!"
