Red Pepper Relish

Ingredients

  • 2 dozen red bell peppers
  • 7 medium sized onions
  • 2 Tbs mustard seed
  • 2 Tbs pickling salt
  • 3 cup white vinegar
  • 3 cup sugar

Instructions

Remove cores and seeds from peppers. Grind peppers and onion, saving the juice. Combine all ingredients. Boil 30 minutes. Pack into sterilized jars. Seal and process in boiling water bath 5 minutes. ( makes 4 pints )
