Freezing Corn

Ingredients

  • 10 cup corn (cut off cob)
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3 cup water
  • 3 tsp coarse salt

Instructions

Boil 10 minutes. Let cool. Pack in plastic bags (Ziplock sandwich work well). Let cool close to room temperature and freeze. Makes 4 baggies of 2 Cups each.
