Black Berry Jam

Ingredients

  • 4 cup crushed Black Beries
  • 8 Tbs liquid artificial sweetener

Instructions

(long boil method). Measure crushed berries into a sauce pot. Add sweetener and stir well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. Pour hot into hot jar, leaving 1/4 inch head space. Adjust caps. Process 15 minutes in boiling water bath. Yield: about 1 pint. 1 Tbsp = 10 calories.
