Ingredients
- 3 pound ground lamb
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon basil leaves, minced fine
- 1/4 cup pomegranite juice
- 1 teaspoon tarragon
- Hog casings for stuffing
Instructions
- Mix together lamb, salt, pepper, basil, juice and tarragon, and stuff into casings. Twist into 5-inch lengths.
- Grill for about 20 minutes, or until done.
