Ingredients

  • 6 cup cooked and shredded potatoes
  • 6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 celery rib, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup carrots, finely chopped
  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon prepared mustard

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, eggs, celery, carrots, and onion. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour over potato mixture and stir to combine.
     
  2. Chill for at least 4 hours (the longer it sets, the better it tastes).
