Hobo Skillet Pork Chops

Who said that pork chop recipes needed to be difficult? This easy and delicious recipe is seasoned with garlic and sage , making for one of the best pork chops. Serve with your favorite vegetables, it will become a family favorite.

Ingredients

  • 6 loin pork chops
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 teaspoon ground sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 can chicken and rice soup

Instructions

  1. Dredge pork chops with mixture of flour, salt, dry mustard, sage and garlic powder.
     
  2. Melt butter in skillet on medium heat and brown chops.
     
  3. Turn heat to low and add soup. Cover and simmer for one hour.
