Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 ounce red bell pepper
  • 1 ounce yellow bell pepper
  • 1 ounce onions
  • 19 ounce pork tenderloin
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 1 thumb-size ginger
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cup beef stock

Instructions

  1. In a heated pan, add oil and brown thin slices of pork tenderloin

  2. Add chopped onions, sauté until translucent

  3. Add the beef stock and boil until reduced.

  4. Add bell peppers and cook for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.

  5. Increase heat to high, stir in soy sauce, chopped garlic, grated ginger, and honey.

  6. Cook for 3 minutes and season with salt and pepper.

  7. Serve with toasted sesame seeds.
