Fried Pork Chops With Milk Gravy

"Pork Chops dipped in buttermilk, dredged in seasoned flour and fried to golden perfect. You’d think we would have stopped there but… no. Making and adding a homemade milk gravy to those delicious chops added another layer of flavor and kicked it up to comfort food status. After the pork chops are fried, drain the oil from the pan reserving 1/4 cup. Don’t wash or remove any bits from the pan , that all contributes to the flavor of the gravy. The Milk Gravy comes together quickly. After whisking the flour, salt and pepper into the oil in the pan it’s just a matter of adding the milk slowly while whisking and waiting a few minutes until it thickens slightly. Fried Pork Chops with Milk Gravy… comfort food at it’s best. ENJOY! "
