  • 3 pound Bone Center Cut Pork Chops
  • 1/2 tablespoon Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • Vegetable Oil
  1. Rinse and dry the pork chops with paper towels.

  2. In a medium bowl combine garlic salt, smoked paprika, black pepper, onion powder, and brown sugar. Add olive oil and stir together.
