  • 4 bone-in pork loin chops
  • 2 teaspoon dried minced garlic
  • 1 cup milk
  • (10-3/4-ounce) can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 2 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 (4-ounce) cans sliced mushrooms, drained
