Cheesy Pork Cordon Bleu

By: John Goins from Winosity
Cheesy Pork Cordon Bleu

"A salty and cheesy combination perfect for those who want to taste a new version of cordon bleu. Cordon bleu hails from Switzerland and is typically a slice of meat that is wrapped and has a filling of cheese. You can use a different type of meat such as venison, duck and even a turkey breast to give a distinct flavor. You could also add crispy sage leaves or kale to this dish if you need to eat more greens."
