Lazy Pierogi / Leniwe Pierogi

Ingredients

  • 1 pound farmers cheese
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 5 ounce flour, more or less
  • 1 TB of butter

Instructions

Grind cheese. Mix butter with egg yokes until smooth, add cheese, mix until well blended and smooth. Mix egg whites until stiff and add to cheese mixture. Add flour, mix well, add salt to taste. Place cheese mixture on a flat surface sprinkled with flour and form a long roll. Flatten it a little and cut diagonally in about 1inch width. Boil water, add a part of pierogi to the boiling water, wait until they come up to the surface and then scoop them up.
