Fried Potatoes with Sausage

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Kielbasa
  • 4 large white potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

Slice kielbasa, fry in a large skillet. Remove kielbasa, add potatoes. Fry on one side without stirring. When done on one side, use a pancake turner and flip in one piece onto the other side. Fry remaining side until done. To serve, garnish with fried kielbasa and parsley. Makes four servings
