Flosh

Ingredients

  • 2 pound Italian Sausage taken out of casing and browned
  • 1 onion chopped and fried in the sausage fat
  • 1 large head cabbage, shredded cooked in chicken broth or water
  • Kluski noodles cooked slightly in chicken broth

Instructions

After the cabbage cooks, toss in the sausage/onion mixture, then toss in the noodles, toss well and salt and pepper to taste. Serve with rye bread.
