Ingredients

  • 12 ounce Southern Recipe Pork Rinds (Original Flavor)
  • 5 large eggs
  • 3 cup shredded fiesta blend cheese, divided
  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 15 jumbo black olives
  • 50 gram green olives
  • 3/4 cup sweet bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 (5 serving) bag pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

  2. Crush Southern Recipe pork rinds finely. Mix with eggs, cream cheese and 2 cups of the cheese.

  3. Cook until lightly browned. Let cool in fridge or freeze. If frozen, allow to thaw before adding toppings.

  4. Add remaining cheese and other toppings to top of crust.

  5. Cook until cheese is bubbly and peppers are cooked to your preference.
