Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 2 tbs. yeast
  • 2 cup 115 degrees water
  • 1 to 2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbs olive oil
  • 5 cup high gluton flour

Instructions

Mix together till it makes a ball. If it feels too wet, add flour. Place in bowl with plastic on top. Let rise 4-6 hours. make pizza. Bake at 450 for 15-25 minutes. Note: I also add garlic, rosemary, herbs to dough at start.
