Chicken and Hot Pepper Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 large Boboli pizza shell
  • olive oil
  • 1/3 cup herb flavored ricotta cheese
  • 1 cooked boneless chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 hot banana pepper, sliced OR
  • 1/4 cup pickled hot pepper slices
  • 1/4 cup sliced red or Vidalia onion
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped basil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place Boboli pizza crust on a pizza pan. Brush with olive oil. Spread ricotta cheese on crust. Arrange chicken slices, onion slices and pepper slices on top of of cheese. Sprinkle with chopped basil and top with Parmesan cheese. Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and toppings are hot. Slice and serve.
