"This Catalan Spinach Flatbread recipe is super easy to make and it´s the perfect tapas appetizer for any occasion. It´s loaded with Spanish flavor, made with simple ingredients and can be served as an appetizer or even a main course. This flatbread is called ¨Coca de Espinacas¨ in Spanish and hails from the region of Catalunya in northeastern Spain. Cocas are very similar to pizza except they have no cheese and you can top them off with just about any ingredients you can think of. Traditionally this spinach flatbread is topped off with raisins, but I much prefer dried cranberries."
