"This caprese pizza takes a few simple ingredients and turns them into something amazing. The easy no-yeast buttermilk pizza dough requires no proofing, and turns out deliciously crisp and flavourful. The pizza is baked with melted mozzarella base, and then topped with a bruschetta-like topping of tomato, garlic and fresh basil. The result is so light and summery! I love to make this pizza at the weekends to ear in my garden with a glass of wine."
