Arugula and Prosciutto Pizza

"Arugula and Prosciutto Pizza is sweet and savory all rolled into one. The prosciutto and mozzarella add just the right amount of salty and the sweet balsamic glaze really takes the flavor over the top. Easy enough for a quick weeknight dinner and fancy enough for company! This delicious pizza is topped with pesto, fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, pears and arugula. Using a store bought crust makes it quick and easy. It will be a hit with whole family! {gluten free}"

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen gluten free pizza dough, thawed
  • 1 cup pesto
  • 7 ounce fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 3 ounce prosciutto
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic reduction
  • 2 tablespoon white balsamic reduction
  1. Preheat oven to 450ยบ.

  2. Roll out pizza dough and place on a greased cookie sheet. Cook dough for about 7 minutes or until it begins to brown.

  3. Remove from oven and brush with pesto, then top with cheese slices, pear, and arugula.

  4. Cook for 7 minutes more or until cheese melts.

  5. Top with prosciutto and drizzle with both Alessi Balsamic Reductions. Sprinkle with fresh pepper.

  6. Serve immediately.
