Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 5 tablespoon butter
  • 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 F.

  2. Combine crust ingredients in a bowl with a fork.

  3. Using the back of a measuring cup, press the crust mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
