Impossible Buttermilk Pie

- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Grease pie plate.

Beat all ingredients until smooth (30 seconds in the blender on high, or 1 minute with hand beater). Pour into pie plate.

Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
- Cool 5 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit, if desired.
