Blueberry Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked pie shell, 9"
  • 4 c blueberries, fresh
  • 2/3 c sugar
  • 1/4 c flour
  • 1/2 ts cinnamon
  • 1/4 ts salt
  • 1/4 c milk
  • 1/4 c heavy cream

Instructions

Yield: 6 Servings. Pour blueberries into pie shell. Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Stir in milk and cream with whisk and mix well. Pour over blueberries. Liquid will not completely cover berries, but try to distribute evenly. Bake in 400 F. oven for 45 minutes. Cool before cutting. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
