Apple Sour Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cup chopped, peeled apples
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed

Instructions

Beat eggs and add sour cream. Stir in 2 Tbsp. of the flour. Add vanilla and salt. Stir in chopped peeled apples. Place in pie shell Bake 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Mix 3 Tbsp. margarine, 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed and remaining 4 Tbsp. of the flour. Put over apple pie and bake another 20-25 minutes.
