Pink Lemonade Filling

Ingredients

  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 6 ounce can frozen pink lemonade, thawed
  • water to equal 2 cups total
  • 2 cup whipped topping or sweetened whipped heavy cream

Instructions

Sprinkle gelatin over cold water to soften. Combine pink lemonade with enough water to make 2 cups total and bring to a boil.Remove from heat and mix in softened gelatin stirring well to combine. Chill well. Blend in 2 cups whipped topping or sweetened whipped heavy cream and chill well until needed. This mixture should fill 12 cream puffs or use a topping for angel or pound cake or as desired etc.
