Quick, Easy Macaroni and Cheesy

Quick, Easy Macaroni and Cheesy is just like it sounds: an easy macaroni and cheese recipe!With three kinds of cheese - mild cheddar, sharp cheddar and Velveeta - it is one of the cheesiest baked macaroni and cheese recipes out there!

Notes

This makes a firm dish, not creamy. I start checking after 30 minutes of baking.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounce elbow macaroni
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 8 ounce grated mild cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounce grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounce grated Velveeta brand cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • paprika to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
     
  2. Boil macaroni and drain.
     
  3. Add butter or margarine.
     
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
     
  5. Add cheese to macaroni.
     
  6. Add eggs and milk.
     
  7. Sprinkle paprika on top of macaroni and cheese.
     
  8. Bake at 350 degrees F till browned.
