Malaysian Pasta with Tuna

Ingredients

  • 2-3 servings fettucine cooked till al dente
  • 1 can (1858) tasty chile tuna
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 bombay onion, shredded
  • dash ground black paper
  • chopped spring onion
  • chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 hard boiled egg, sliced
  • thin slices of cucumber

Instructions

Combine the chile tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice and shredded onion in a mixing ball. Stir gently to combine. Ready for serve. Toss with pasta and garnish.
