Fettucine Di Grappa

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. shallots, finely chopped
  • 2 oz. grappa
  • 1 Tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp garlic
  • pepper
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Heat the olive oil; sear garlic and shallots. Add grappa, cooked fettucine, and parsley. Toss in pan, mix in butter, and top with grated pepper.
